lightinlife is a charity organization. it provides two types of counseling to its visitors (counselees). One is personal counseling where a counselee engages a counselor, pays his fee and gets counseling.  In personal counseling a particular counselor, having excellence in that field is assigned to the problem sent by the counselee. A particular code of that counselor is provided to the counselee.

The second is charity counseling. Here the counselee has nothing to pay to the counselors. In charity counseling the counseling is provided by the counselor available for that purpose. Some of the counselors may not be available for charity.

The following is the procedure for having counseling from an expert counselors. For having charity counseling one should

Conducting an online session with any of our professional counselors is simple. Our counselors are available for Live chat or email sessions. You may contact any of our qualified counselors for quick answers to specific matters that are troubling you or you may choose to schedule a weekly session with your counselor for ongoing assistance in complex matters.

Step 3: Once all the inputs on your part are complete, we would again seek some time to process it and if necessary other experts, from the same or other fields would also be consulted.

Step 4: At last what you receive at your end would be the best of our effort. We would leave no stone unturned to make it all comprehensive.

Some of our visitors assume online counseling the same or similar to the live TV Show where a question is asked and one or more experts give reply to it. In that show it is all like a passing remarks. They are not bothered about the results. TV show is just to increase the ratings of the channel.

Email counseling is a form of online counseling that may suit your needs. Many people find that expressing concerns and/or questions in writing helps organize and focus on the problem at hand.

In e-counseling or online counseling you will be sending your problems in details to lightinlife and you will be guided thereafter as explained above.
Live Chat

When during the interaction through email the counselor and the counseled both agree that something more than an email is required to arrive at a solution then a live chat is organized through yahoo messenger preferably. The counselor and counseled both agree to the timings and login details etc. and the session starts as per their convenience. 

Live Talk

On the demand of our counselees we have just started a new phenomenon of Counseling through LIVE TALK. Here we would consider the cases of those visitors (counselees) who prefer face to face interaction but again want to avail the benefits of the policy of the lightinlife towards your secrecy and anonymity. However, there was a demand of starting Counseling Through Webcam but when it was discussed with other visitors they preferred the secrecy and anonymity policy of the lightinlife. In our final out come the choice of secrecy and anonymity outweighed the benefits of a webcam. Therefore, as a means convenient to all we have started May 15, 2008 onwards the counseling through LIVE TALK.

In this process the use will be made of 'Online messengers' like yahoo messenger or skype. The time and other convenient variables will be intimated to the counselees at an appropriate point of time.
