 About Payment
(This is for Personal Counseling with an expert)
The lightinlife is a charity organization which provide its services without any profit making. However, once you agree to the terms and conditions of lightinlife counseling and prefer to have counseling from a counselor in personal environment then you would have to pay the fee of the expert who is going to counsel you for your problem. The lightinlife do not charge anything from you for their services.
For providing an objectivity, lightinlife have decided that the fee of their experts will be Rs. 400/- [Indian Rupee] per counseling. Each counseling session may consist of up to 3-4 emails. Prior to sending counseling emails we interchange a few emails for getting necessary and sufficient information from you so that our counselors can impart the best of efforts. However, nothing extra is charged for this pre-counseling information.
Counseling through LIVE CHAT / LIVE TALK is available for a minimum of 40 minutes or any multiple thereof. The fee of a counselor for counseling through LIVE CHAT / LIVE TALK is 600/- per counseling for 40 minutes.
In case of Counseling through LIVE CHAT a time period of 60 minutes is provided to the counselees, keeping in view the typing hardships of the counselees. These 60 minutes of LIVE CHAT are counted as 40 minutes of Effective Counseling.
If we, lightinlife seek some information from the counselees (counseling seekers) then that information is not a part of the counseling and no fee is charged for seeking that information.
The counselor’s fee will be only for providing the ‘real counseling’, after all necessary information from the counselee is received.
